A partner
for growth.
Everyone needs support during change, including you. My services as a life coach are designed to help you navigate significant change and live a more intentional, purpose-driven life. At the heart, seeking guidance to achieve your goals is a powerful act of care for yourself and those you cherish most. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and growth areas, clarify your priorities, and develop smart, actionable plans aligned with your values.
What does a life coach do?
To create a strong plan for the future, I help you truly get to know yourself by examining, understanding, and sometimes, rethinking key past experiences. Together, we’ll identify deeply rooted ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that block you from achieving your goals. By incorporating both past and present, my practice makes it possible for clients to build a more holistic plan for the future.
My life coaching practice centers four core elements:
Deep Connection
An authentic, judgment-free space for exploration
Strategic Understanding
Deep insight into life history, strengths, and planning for future steps
Growth-Centered Focus
Action-oriented coaching that moves beyond talk
Safety
A focus on wellbeing, consent, and steady pace
Preparing for and navigating the death and dying process
Coping with grief and finding meaning after loss
Addressing relationship attachment styles and establishing healthy polarity
Developing healthy parenting and coparenting strategies and habits
Strengthening healthy communication and conflict management
Pursuing strategic life planning and managing significant change
Addressing trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD
Healing from childhood or adult abuse/neglect
Overcoming and repairing primary relationship difficulties and/or healing from relationship loss or betrayal
Divorce
Contemplating, preparing for, and/or moving through divorce/uncoupling
Initiating or coping with parent or child estrangement
